Job Title: Business Process Analyst
Division/Department: Logistics
Location: Tianjin

Your Responsibilities:
* Lead multiple Business Intelligence projects, which will include
requirements gathering, planning, development, implementation, stakeholder
management, and on-going support
* Design, implement, and support a reporting platform that provides access to
diverse data sets for analysis and reporting
* Partner with stakeholders across the logistics department and other
departments to gain an understanding of operational processes and business
context
* Establish requirements and write advanced SQL queries to develop solutions.
Apply data publishing practices around data quality monitoring, security, and
documentation
* Use analytics and build reporting solutions, manage operations, automation,
solve day-to-day problems, and understand key performance metrics and trends

Your Qualifications:
* at least 1 year business analyst or data analyst experience
* Bachelor degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Economics or
computer science, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
* You have skills or knowledge about: SQL, Data Modelling, R/Python (Pandas,
Numpy, Matplotlib), Power BI, Excel, SAS/SPSS (Optional), Microsoft Visual
Studio/Code
* Demonstrated collaboration skills with colleagues at all levels and across
different business units
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
* Experience facilitating meetings, constructively addressing input and
criticism, and resolving conflicts
* Ability to present complex technical material to non-technical audiences in
an approachable way
* Ability to understand and communicate business relevance to management /
leadership teams
* Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation
* Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if
something goes wrong
